Is there a minimum volume?

No. Our smallest regular accounts take a couple of kilos a week. If you're opening, we'd rather grow with you than turn you away because the numbers are small on day one.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long-term contract. No minimum term, no exit fee, no machine tied to the coffee. You stay because the coffee and the service work, or you don't.

What if I already use another supplier?

Start with a sample pack on your bar alongside them. Run a blind side-by-side for a week. If ours doesn't pull better, you've lost nothing but a shot of your own coffee.

Do you charge for the dial-in visit?

No. On-site dial-in is included with every trade account. Same for follow-up visits when you change grinders, change staff, or just can't get a shot you're happy with.

Where are you based?

Leicester. We deliver nationwide but we're closest to cafés in the Midlands, which is where our on-site visits tend to reach fastest.

Can I try before I switch?

Yes. Every enquiry gets a free sample pack of the full range. No strings, no auto-enrolment, no salesperson calling you every Tuesday afternoon.

What actually happens on the handover day?

We come to your bar, dial the coffee in on your grinder, walk your team through the recipe (dose, yield, time), check the equipment is pulling the way it should, and leave you with a written recipe card. No rushed drop-off. Expect us there for a few hours.
