Where Soar Coffee started
Soar Coffee began in 2011, working in a family café on London Road in Leicester.
From there, the journey moved through established coffee chains and into working with a large-scale roaster as a coffee consultant.
Along the way came hands-on experience building coffee businesses — from launching a coffee van with a charity to opening and running a family coffee shop.
It was there that roasting began, originally to supply our own cafés with coffee we could rely on.
What started as a way to improve our own service has grown into supplying other businesses with the same approach.
